Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products (research compounds requiring specific storage and handling), we cannot accept returns or provide refunds once products have been shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
